So basically whats going to happen in 90 days if you follow the program is you are going to get leaner, stronger, tighter, and feel like a brand new person! The recipes in the cookbook are awesome, easy, and quick… her motivation cd really will change your thinking and make you think more positive POSITIVITY IS KEY plus the workouts aren’t 60 mins they are 30-45 and I will tell you right now most of them are closer to 30 NO LIE! SO EXCITED to start Turbo jammin it up again tomorrow!! I have been doing Chalene Johnsons Turbo Jam DVD’S for years and can not say enough good things about them.
